It sounds like you're talking about WordPress Politico, however, you posted this question in "Politico HTML" (the non-WordPress version). Did you purchase the WordPress theme or the HTML version?

I have downloaded and installed the theme and it just does not seems to work.

is there any thing you can do about this, I have tried everything and this are broken beyond repair...I have installed this almost 3 times.
