Hi there,

I noticed you have JetPack installed. That's a VERY big plugin that loads a lot of extra stuff you really don't need.

Try deactivating that and I guarantee your site will load MUCH faster.

My website is incredibly slow and still doesn't even load. None of my pictures or videos show up and its unusable, very displeased. I can't even show current and potential clients as its broken, its costing me time and money to fix this.

Ok I added the image back to the background and now it works. I am puzzled why it took it off in the first place.

Maybe your host made changes?

In any case, can you confirm you have a background image assigned and your site identity settings configured on the customize page?

I haven’t used my website in months and made zero changes to it and came back not to long ago to add things and it was messed up. My images magically disappeared over time and I’m unsure why they disappeared when they were there in the first place.

Hi there,

It doesn't look like you have added anything for the main top section of your home page. Be sure to review all the options available on the Customize page (appearance > customize) as that is largely where you control the initial setup of your site with this theme.

Specifically the "background" and "site identity" sections.

I've done a fresh install of the theme and no success. I have little to no plugins that would cause it as other themes work.
