Hi there,

Not being able to click "save" wouldn't be a theme-related issue. Sounds like a WordPress bug/problem. Unfortunately the theme customizer is a pretty new feature, so there currently aren't a lot of troubleshooting or support threads on the internet about it yet.

I don't have any developer knowledge of the customizer functions either, so I really don't know why you shouldn't be able to click the save button after making a change.

It sounds like it isn't registering that you're editing the options. Maybe try making edits to other options and then reverting back after you make the change?

I want to add a logo and website background, I go to the admin->customize->general
choose a picture, but then nothing happens!!??, keep the save button is not active

No, it's not a solution, but it helps to try and pinpoint the issue.

I see you haven't added a logo yet. Have you visited the "customize" page yet? Be sure to check that out and configure the settings there.

Hi, i have disabled the search widget, the site returned to the center, but this is a normal solution?, and if the site owner wants to have a search on the site?

...in fact, try removing all your widgets so there aren't any active.

The version on ThemeForest is the same as the demo, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Try removing the search widget and let me know if that has any impact.

Hi my name is Arsen, i looked at the site( via firebug) and found that the problem lies in the fact that HTML structure wrong ... you are viewing the site probably did not pay attention to the structure of the site wasters.
More specifically, the online demo version of the structure

<body>

<div id="page">
<div id="leftColumn"></div>
<div id="sidebar"></div>
<div id="mainContainer"></div>
</div>
</body>

in our version <div class="mainContainer"></div> is not in <div id="page"></div> thus breaks down the structure of the site!!! I also found some more problems ....
So please send us a normal (tested) version of this template!

P.S. after the update, shall trace to all files loaded with the our web hosting

Couple things...

1. Make sure you download your own images. I see that you are linking to images on my domain, which isn't okay (costs me money and bandwidth).

2. Make sure you visit your theme options on the "customize" page and configure the settings there (i.e. assign a home slider category, logo, etc.).

Hi there,

When I try to view some of the source files, I'm getting an "unable to connect" message. This is likely the issue. Since this isn't a theme-related issue, my best suggestion is to contact your hosting provider about the "unable to connect" message I see when viewing source files (i.e. style.css, etc.).

Hello, after purchasing a template I installed on the WordPress, I did everything according to instructions, but the template page, all hung crooked and very bad look. I have reinstalled several times but the result remained the same.
