We understand, I tried to remove it or change the wording but than the plugin shows an error on purpose I understand:)

Perhaps I can find a way to make it smaller or less stand out.

Renske, you'll need to go into the actual Calender Plugin theme files to remove that. However, given that it's a free plugin, we never suggest removing the credit :)

Nevermind. Found the issue-- I still had a widget in place that was showing the old calendar. Dropped that out and got the new calendar to show right away. Really like this calendar much better!

I took the suggestions that you guys had about the All-in-one Events Calendar and installed it in the place of the other "Event Calendar" plugin and I agree-- it is much better! One follow-up question however-- how do you get the calendar to show on the homepage of the site? My site is still showing the basic calendar that appeared when I installed the previous "Event Calendar" plugin, even though I deleted that plugin. Thanks!

You would have to customize the theme to do that. With that said, I would suggest against that... having a large header image is not practical and can slow down site load time. If it's a pattern that's a bit different, but one large image would not be suggested.

If you do need the site customized, please see the FAQ's section for the customization information.

Thanks,
Justin

I just want a jpeg file to fill the space of the colored area in the header. I want everything that resides above that "layer" to stay the same; thats the menu area, logo, and lines separating the menu from the rest of the header.

Hey Justin another quick question. I would like to change the header for the site without affecting how the logo is called. I only want to change the background, and retain the header without shadow effects.

Hey Justin, so far All in one calendar is destroying Events Calendar as far as usability. Ill definitely use it and recommend for future builds. Its just working. I did have some problems in the admin section with a broken recurring event, that I haven't really bothered to address yet (the modal that comes up seems incomplete, missing a submit button and bottom form box), but the client side of the site looks really good. I'll likely tweek it a little to adjust the look and feel, but otherwise great suggestion.

As for the previous questions, All In One Calendar took care of the page layout issue because it lets you adhere the calendar to a theme page layout of your choice and the tooltips work out of the gate so BIGUPS Jus.

Thank you sooooo much!!!

Hi,

Can you post a link to your site so I can take a look?

Looking forward to helping out!

I am using The Events Calendar as the calendaring system as you have suggested and featured on your page. I have two issues, I can't get the Events Calendar, and only the Calendar on its own FULL SIZED page. I have read other posts on here that you suggested making a new template but I'm not sure your suggestion applies to this instance as the Events Calendar has no templates drop-down menu as would a unique page.

My other issue is that the tooltip for the page for some reason doesn't seem to work properly. I know that integration of all the plugins isn't really your responsibility but I see that you successfully created tooltips with the same calendar system and working tooltips and further customized them as well so I thought you might be able to help. Thanks in advance Chris.
