The caps reflect the specific elements, not shouting. I think the "end date" remark is a fair one. My apologies if you take the constructive criticism as negative.

I've seen many of your comments and they all seem to have a negative tone. Capitalizing your words and saying "sloppiness" is pretty rude, and can get you removed from the Forums. This is a free service that we offer to our loyal followers and is one reason we have thousands of theme purchases. I'll have Chris investigate this but again, please show a little more respect to others when posting in our forums.

The solution is that the End Date cannot be 11/6/2012 12:00AM as the "example" gives. It has to be November 6, 2012.

To The Molitor. - this kind of sloppiness would be an easy fix...I've seen so many comments. You need to fix what you sell.

As the site isn't live, it's hard to direct you there. This is a cut and paste of the countdown:

END DATE in OPTION TREE tab on THEME OPTIONS is: 11/06/2012 12:00AM

DISPLAY FORMAT is: %%D%% days : %%H%% hrs : %%M%% min : %%S%% sec

On the webpage, this is the output: Election Countdown NaN days : NaN hrs : NaN min : NaN sec

I did exactly as suggested in your examples. What could be the problem?

Maybe you could list a DISPLAY FORMAT other than the example given in the THEME that works as that one does not work.

The ISSUE is that the COUNTDOWN doesn't work in the POLITICO theme. That is why I posted in here.
