Your logo is extra large causing everything to be pushed towards the footer. I would suggest hiding the copyright, moving the logo up, or reducing the size of your logo a bit.

The Copyright footer moves over menu links when the browser window is resized. It works fine on larger screens but on an Macbook Air or iPad it does not look right:
