Hi there,

Pages that display posts (i.e. category pages) do not have a page template option, so they cannot utilize the static page template feature without making edits to the template files.

Hope that helps a bit.

Best,

Chris

hmmm ok thanks... I will try to figure it out...

I was also wondering if there was a way to get the blog roll to not be on one of the continue pages... I set in the theme options to be a static home page and I set the post page to be the news page that I had created with the static wide template. I would love it if it worked like a static wide page with text... But instead of where the text would normal go there would be the different blog post that you could click through... I thought this was a clever way around having that continue screen come up... But no luck... Any ideas on how I can skip that continue text and get right to the blog posts?

Thanks so much!!!

Hi there,

Sorry, but that isn't a theme-related issue. The text editor is 100% controlled by WordPress. I didn't add anything to the theme that would interact or affect the text editor like that. My best suggestion is to search the WordPress forums for ideas as I'm not familiar with this issue: http://wordpress.org/support

Hope you understand.

Best,

Chris

Hi

I just updated to wordpress 4.0.1 recently... I have several sites on a multi-site install all the others are working perfectly but I had to go in to make a change to this site today which is running the producer theme and now the text is invisible or turned to white. It used to be there and if you try to select the text in the text area it gets selected but looks white... Also it does not seem to switch if I try visual or text mode.

How can I get the text so its readable again?

Thanks!!!
