I've reinstalled the theme and it's still doing the same thing....

I deactivate all plugins and made sure the single page template was not changed and I'm still having the issue.

Hi there,

This is odd and not the default behavior.

Have you made any edits to the template files? Have you added any additional plugins? If so, please undo these edits and deactivate the extra plugins to see if the issue continues.

What happens if you add some of the other Tabs seen in the Video Walk-Through? Is that still the case?
