Sorry, but that goes a bit beyond the level of support I'm able to provide here in the forums. Please also keep in mind that my support services do not include troubleshooting issues caused by 3rd party plugins. That said, one thing you could try is turning off the AJAX feature of the theme on the Customize page (jQuery section). Just remember that this will cause the page to refresh every time a link is clicked.

Hi! Im making website for a snowboard movie and I would like to use Tagboard. I have try the Tagboard Embed Shortcode. When I use the shortcode and open the page It seems that it would work but then the page reloads again and the tagboard dissapear. What should i do?
