Yes, I see there is a minor issue in v1.3.1. I'll submit an update for this, but here's the fix...

Open index.php and change the following on line 52 from this...

<?php the_content();?>

...to this...

<?php the_excerpt();?>

Sorry to be posting so much... But I just notice a problem... Maybe its on my end or maybe no one ever had really long synopsis...

But in the customizer I have it set for the static front page to display my latest posts... So when you land on the site and scroll down you can see my 4 latest post... But the synopsis which is about 5 paragraphs displays and keeps going beyond the footer... There is no continue button and the slider dots can be seen over the synopsis...

If I put in a "read more" break in the post that works but then I have a read more link and a continue link... If I click on the menu at the top for that category and am taken the category it works properly and cuts off the synopsis and has the continue button... Its just on the front static page that is set to show the post for that category...
