For category pages, open archive.php and remove the following on line 24...

<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>">Read More &rarr;</a>

Hi,
I did exactly that. But it switched the "Read More" off, only the "Home" page , but not from the portfolio pages. I want all the "Read More" to be off. can you help?

Gotcha. Open up "portfolio.php" and on line 20 remove the following...

<a class="readMore" href="<?php the_permalink() ?>">Read more &rarr;</a>

That should do it.
