When I visit CUBANEWS.cubarss.com, I don't see the theme being used. Have you tried different images?

Can you provide a screenshot?

I use this theme on :

Noticias.cubarss.com (i change the header image from ftp )

but now I try to use the same theme on :

CUBANEWS.cubarss.com ( I can not change the header image, when uploading an image it comes out very large size )

How I can fix this?..

and finally, it is easy to translate the theme?
