Ok thanks for getting back to me. I've compressed all images to a minimum already, but will work through the link to see if there's anything else that can be done.

Well running speed test on this end theres a lot of work to be done speeding it the site up but that goes beyond the scope of this forms https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/ one large thing i know is the image optimization you'll want to compress them as much as you can.

When you land on my site http://www.kerbe.co.uk it's taking between 10 and 30 seconds to load - in some cases longer! I know this because some of my clients have told me. I am though, very concerned about the potential clients who are getting bored of waiting and don't even bother to wait (I'd be the same!)

I have tried a few cache plugins to speed things up - nothing. I have contacted my hosting provider and they ran tests to say that everything was bulletproof at their end. I have also created a set of images that load specifically for the front page slideshow (there are less than 10)

I love this theme and don't want to spend time switching to a new one, but I am worried that Zoom is losing me business. Please take a look http://www.kerbe.co.uk and let me know if I've missed something along the way.
