Hi Chris,

Sorry for multiple posts...

No the form wasn't working from when I first installed the theme. So I found a contact form plugin that I had used before and used that.
I had 'send email notice' turned on, and tried different email addresses.

But now looks like you found the issue, I'll get downloading and installing.

Ah, I found the issue.

I submitted an update. You'll get notified when it's available via email (if you have notifications turned on in your ThemeForest settings).

Make sure "send email notice" is checked on the Customize page and that you have a proper email address provided there.

Just want to clarify something... you said the form was working fine and then it stopped?

Have you tried deactivating all plugins you have installed?

Sorry, I do know why. It's because I've used a separate contact form plugin.

But If you go to http://wifflewaffle.co.uk/submission/ that is using the Submission Form template from the theme. When that is filled in and submitted, i get sent to a blank page.

Hi I have set up a submission page on my site.
But when all the fields are filled in and the 'Submit for review' button is pressed, I get a blank screen.
No feedback to say its been sent. Also I am not getting any email to say this has been submitted.

Any help would be helpful,
