Hi there,

The new submission form feature is achieved using a page template. All you have to do is create a new page and assign the "Submission Form" page template from the "Page Attributes" box on the edit screen.

The content of the form is dictated by the features of the theme, so it's currently not something you can easily make edits to. Making changes to the form requires edits to more than a few theme template files and is considered a customization.

I updated the theme today because it said that the latest version included the ability to upload pics on the submission form but i don't know where to activate it.
