Odd. Stuff like that shouldn't just happen. Did you make any changes to the theme or have you done anything new to your WordPress install (i.e. new plugins, widgets, etc.)?

Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out.

All the sub pages that were visible on the site a day ago and still show in the in the main navigation menu inside WP as subpages are no longer visible on the site. Do you know if there is a setting that needs to be checked? I have tried to change the permalinks to a different option, save them so the permalink structure gets updated and reset it up to the default option and still no luck.
