I unzipped the download and rezipped the theme and reinstalled it. Is there any other support you can offer or direct me to?

The stylesheet is not missing, so if you're seeing that message, it's due to user error in uploading/installing the theme. The above link is about as detailed as we can get with explaining how to properly install the theme, so I suggest you double-check your steps.

Hi there,
I've unzipped the download and rezipped the theme on its own. Once uploaded to the wp back end I receive the broken stylesheet.
I watched the support video but couldn't fault what I had done.
I notice that there's a demo.xml which is not in the theme folder itself- perhaps that's contributing to the issue?
Would love your assistance if possible.
