...is very odd. I haven't seen a URL like that, which makes me wonder if there is something unique about your setup as I also haven't seen this error message reported before (ever). You claim your setup isn't unique or anything, so that allows me to rule out a few possible scenarios.

I'm here to help, but please respect the process of me asking questions to learn about your setup. You very well might have sent me emails, but I didn't ask for information via email, so I wouldn't have made any connections to this thread. Even if I did review your emails, I still would have requested you continue here on the forums. At this stage of the troubleshooting process I don't need access to your admin yet, so I'm not sure why you sent it to me in the first place. I'm also not sure why you decided to leave the support forums and pursue me via email.

Like I said, I reviewed the functions.php file and don't see any reference to 'zoom' on line 245. Line 245 contains the following...

<input type="text" name="<?php echo $meta_box[ 'name' ]; ?>" value="<?php echo htmlspecialchars( $data[ $meta_box[ 'name' ] ] ); ?>" />

This leads me to think something is wrong with your WordPress install or hosting setup, which is why I asked about the URL structure of the error.

Actually leave it ill pay a guy to sort this out I dont want to get into an argument. I know you got my emails as you replied to a few of them again your not intrested, not looked as I checked the logs. Good luck

You mean this! if you log in to the website you will see the error is just picking up the location of the functions.php file I have no control of where this is located as 1and1 sets this up so everything upto /developer is the root thats not seen.

Which question?

A: hosting company is just a standard package works with every other site and template
B: there is a clean install of both WP and the template that you have acsess to
C: where dose it say you dont give email support PERIOD!
D: what kind of support is this when you leave the client hanging thats paid you money! like you said you have known about this for a week?
E: what other things do you need from me you have full admin accsess to a vinilla install to dianose the problem

I'm not sure what you mean about giving the run around with emails. I don't provide email support. Period. These support forums you're using are where you should be directing your questions. Not in email.

I'm in the process of troubleshooting this issue with you, so I have to ask questions to get an idea of what's going on. My post from 1 week ago was a question for you, which you haven't answered, so I can't proceed until my troubleshooting process/questions are addressed.

This is the error with the update when I first posted I was using the old template from when I first purchased it. So you can see its both in the old and new.

The version I have for the template is 1.4.3 if you can email me privately I will send you the log in details.

Hi Chris,

Right this first link ignore as its nothing to do with the customisations as I have installed a clean install at developer.scuba-escape.com so its nothing to do with what we have done its been there on both installs from day one. its more likly somthing to do with wordpress 3.5 and your template and or the hosting company blocking part of your script.

I do not get this error with any of the 63 other sites I host for my clients so I am guessing its more likely an incompatabilty between the template and WP.

The error is not from the content as there is none, its populated in the back end b4 you post anything you can clearly see it there so I can set you up a user/password to investigate further.

The theme is the latest version from theme forest.

With the first link you provided, I see some customizations that will need to be removed in order for me to troubleshoot further.

Regarding the second link, you haven't finished setting up the site, so you'll need to do that before I can troubleshoot further.

Regarding the error, what version of the theme are you using? I don't see 'zoom' on line 250 in functions.php.

An update I installed a completly new install with no plugins no edditing etc under developer.scuba-escape.com and the same things happens so it must be a problem with my hosting provider. I am using WP 3.5 and PHP 5.3 but I have set it to PHP 5.2 and developer but still get the error.

I cannot see anything else to change on the hosting side! so my temp solution is to add "display_errors = Off" in the PHP.ini until you can recommend a better solution or some updated code....

My temp fix is just to help me lay stuff out etc. I dont recommend anyone do this as you will not see other errors.

Also as I have seen the replys to other people with the same problem as you dont support local installs, this is not a local install.

I seem to be getting this information added to all the feilds in the add new post fields

Any ideas why this is happening if I just delete the text and add in the rigth values it works great but its anoying and messing up a few custom pages that I need to use? Other than that the site works great.

P.s I made a clean install with no plugins to test and it worked fine!
