Hi Chris,

just reset my WP database with the Reset Plugin, reinstalled The Curator and just get the same result: on the main timeline all posts with different categories show up - not only the art category as it should be.... Should I try to reinstall WP all in all? Or do you have some advice for preventing me from performing this final step?
Thanx for your help in advance.

Hi,

just purchased The Curator and like it a lot. So far there were no problems installing and tweaking the design to my needs. Now I want to fill content and face some problems regarding posts with assigned categories appearing in timelines.

First problem

I want to have posts with the category "art" assigned to my homepage in timeline view. Thats the way it is installed so I just created a post with assigned category "art". It shows up fine in timeline view on my homepage. Also I want to have another post being in timeline view for another category menu -here called "test". I created a menu "test" from the category "test" and created a new post assigned with the new category "test" (and no other one!). It should show up accordingly only in the menu "test" in a timeline view. But what happens is that the post shows up on my homepage timeline (which it shouldn´t because its only for category "art" posts) AND in the "test" timeline view? Why is this? I can´t figure it out.

Second

Another thing is that an already posted article in the homepage timeline with the category "art" cannot be removed through changing the posts category settings whereas its possible for the "test" category post. If I uncheck the "test" category it vanishes from the "test" menu whereas the post in the "art" (homepage) category has to be deleted to remove it.

How can I solve the problem?

Thanks a lot for your help in advance
