Problem solved! Seems WP lost the correct links to the images of the two offending posts. I removed/reloaded the images, then reset to featured, now everything displays correctly. Seems like a strange bug in WP 3.5.1. Please disregard the thread.

Update - now it is even more bizarre - it only happens with the two most recent project posts. I installed WP SEO plugin, wondering it is doing something - I deactivated and tried reloading the site/cleaned caches, but still got same result. Crazy.

I ran into a strange situation (site at http://www.architechtonic.com). I have 4 categories of posts - project, blog, news, media. In Main Menu I have a Category Page for project posts, titled CASE STUDIES. The post summaries appear fine, but when you click on any given post, the full content of the post is rendered without the featured image. Does not happen with any other category. I've refreshed the Featured Image and same result. Tried creating a new project post, same result. Even created a new category and re-categorized the posts, same result. Only happens with project posts. Not sure what is going on. Thoughts?
