Unfortunately this is the most I can offer as this theme has been retired for some time now (couple years) and is not actively supported due to technology changes with the TimThumb method and the lack of user interest in the theme as a whole.

thanks chris, i did as you've advised, to no avail. question: in stealth there is a custom post option for Thumbnail Image, and it asks for a full URL. i've tried having a feature image with and without this, and tested in 2 diff bowsers. i don't get a thumbnail either way.

Hi there,

This theme uses a method called TimThumb to generate the images at the proper sizes. Since the intial release of this theme, TimThumb has been discovered to post potential security risks, so I've since removed this theme from ThemeForest (couple years ago)...

To remove the need for the TimThumb method, try the following...

  1. Open "functions.php" and add the following after the first "<?php"...
    //FEATURED IMAGE SUPPORT
add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails', array( 'post' ) );
set_post_thumbnail_size( 170, 170, TRUE);
  2. Visit each of your posts and assign the featured image you want to use in the lower right box.
  3. If you already have images uploaded, you'll want to run the "Regenerate Thumbnails" plugin to update the images to the sizes added in step 1 above.

hi chris, i've been using your wordpress stealth theme for a few years now, and for some reason the thumbnail images dont work on the blog page for posts, as you can see right now on http://www.visionforce.com

i've tried multiple things. i have uploaded the image that i want, cropped it to 170x170, and inserted the full link address in the custom box for thumbnail URL on the post. to no avail. please advise.
