Actually - I added this to the general CSS at the bottom of the Custiomize screen, and that removes arrows from the Gallery as well. We need it removed only from the home page - How can I make that happen.

Try adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

.gallery-nav {display: none !important;}

Yes, we are using Gallery page template for home page, and there is only 1 image attached to the page.

We are using one static image on home page. How can I remove the arrows from the sides as that gives the impression of a slider while tehre are no more image slides.
