Hi Chris,

You're right. Nothing to do with The Navigator.

The culprit is a plugin that minimizes JS, CSS and HTML. It served the cached http version of the site.

Plugin deactivated, uninstalled and SSL is working now.

Best regards,

George

Hi there,

The logo image URL (along with most URLs) is generated by WordPress, so that isn't something the theme controls. That said, there are instances of "http" throughout the theme. You'll want to perform a site review and check to make sure the URLs still work when you change them from "http" to "https".

Unfortunately this is not an area I can really help with too much as the lack of "https" is not a considered a "bug" or "issue". If you have questions, I'll do my best to address them, but it sounds like all you need to do is review all instances of "http" in the theme files.

Hope that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Hi Chris,

I'm switching all my websites from http to https and i'm having problems with the site which uses The Navigator. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the theme or i've missed something.

Problem comes with the logo which is called via http (even after setting the address in wordpress admin settings to https). And also the URL: http://fonts.googleapis.com (error 404). It seems that now is https://fonts.google.com.

I've installed the Really Simple SSL plugin which fixes the mixed content for https but it doesn't work (only on this website using The Navigator).

Is there any fix for this?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

George
