Hi there,

1. That currently isn't a built-in option. Sorry.

2. Currently the only method for grouping items is by creating category links in the menu.

3. State highlighting is not a supported feature, but you can change the zoom level of the map so that it appears to focus in on a specific area. Example: http://lakewaparks.com

Best,

Chris

First off, what a wonderful piece of software! Whole working with it I made a long list of questions and I was able to find answer to more than half of them in the forum, so thank you already. Here are my remaining three questions...

1) I see that the centering of the initial map is based on the coordinates of the most recent post / individual map item. So, I have set that up and it is centering where I want it but I really don't want that to be clickable item or show up in the bottom left as the first location. Can I hide that, or is there another way to plot the initial map's center point on load rather then it referencing a specific post / individual map item?

2) SORTING --- Is there an ability to sort by categories on the default page and have it hide all posts in other categories without leaving that page or is the best solution just to put the categories as links in the main top nav and the user click one of them to load a new map with just those categories? It'd be nice if it could filter without reloading to a category page...is that possible?

3) How can I get a state outline or some way to edit the map to highlight a specific state because my use has all location within one state and the borders are hard to see on the Google map by default. If you do a search in Google Maps for a city or state it will highlight it, this is what I'm looking for. Example: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=california
...how can I get the initial map that I load it to have this? I have tried have my first post / map location to just be "California" but it doesn't work.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
