I Understand. Maybe it will be easier if is photos in template "Fixed Image Grid" sorted alphabetically?
Is that possible?

By the way, I changed size of the pictures in template "Fixed Image Grid" from 280x170 to 280x280 in functions.php on line 20 and it works. Is that enough (I don't want destroy theme :) ?

WordPress doesn't provide the ability to sort posts like that. If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research and testing, then I have to refer you to the customization request form: http://themolitor.com/custom

Is it possible to sort images/posts in my portfolio/category alphabetically (by post name), an at the same time keep on my front page latest posts order?
