Now I downloaded the plugin, and I assigned the posts and page to the same category. But it just doesn't response.

1a. The videos are inserted by providing the necessary information in the "Options" section of the post edit screen (more info here). For self-hosted videos, your WordPress installation might need to be adjusted so that it can upload larger file sizes. Here's a Google search for articles that can help you with this as it isn't something theme-related: view Google search results

1b. Regarding comments, I'm not sure what you're referring to in the right corner. Can you provide a link to the page you're referring to? I'll check it out.

2. The cast and crew section is achieved by creating posts and assigning the "aside" post format (more info here) as well as assigning them to the "cast and crew" category. Then you just add a category link in the menu.

(1) I am wondering how you insert the videos to the page, like yours does (I tried adding the media in; and change the template to video, doesnt work)& how to add comments to the video at the right corner like you did in the demo.
