There are no missing files, so unfortunately the error you're seeing means you're doing it wrong. Again, we can't really get more detailed than the above link, which includes not only step-by-step instructions but a link to a video screencast as well.

If you still have trouble, I suggest either using WordPress.org support forums or possibly hiring a developer to assist you with installing the theme.

Again, there are no errors or missing files.

Just so you know, I can't even get to the ACTIVATE section. It denies uploading the ZIP file what so ever and I can see there is a style.css file

I have followed the steps you recommend for the title however I'm getting the same response "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet".

Why do you think this is? Can you recommend any other suggestion I can try?
