Update:

If you land on the front page, the slideshow doesn't start, but if you go to the menu and select the page "Home", which redirects you to the front page, the header slideshow works.

I'm working on vysual and I want my landing page to be the slideshow background. I've followed all the instructions for customizing my header, etc and the slideshow won't work. It loads the first image but doesn't go through the rest.
I've read through a few questions on the forum and FAQs, I tried activating a text widget but that did not help.

Can someone advise?
