You have a static home page assigned. Please revert to the default home page setup on the reading settings page (i.e. select recent posts instead of a static page).

Currently under "Customize" my welcome message is set to "Welcome to my portfolio" and the page still just displays "Welcome." Likewise, the Slider is set to my "Professional Work" menu, but instead just displays my background image. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi! Thank you so much for the Producer theme; it' just what I was looking for. I am having a problem, though. At one point I could set the intro text (or intro video) in the Customize tab; I could also point to a menu in the the slider. However, at one point I activated a different theme, as an experiment, and then switched back. Since then I've been completely unable to set the intro or the slider; they're stuck at "Welcome" and an image with a comment form. I've tried re-installing theme; no luck. I've tried updating wordpress, no luck. You wouldn't know what the issue is by any chance? Thank you!
