Open up "header.php" and locate the following on line 64...

the_content_rss('', TRUE, '', 27)

The "27" controls the amount of text that appears. Just change that to adjust the amount of text that shows up.

Yep, that's where I am at. I have taken screenshots so you can see what I see and so you don't think I'm crazy :). I also tried to see if I could change it through the CSS, but as you know.. that wasn't too elegant of a fix.

I can't find //EXCERPT STUFF in the functions.php file. I can paste the entire code here, but these are the "main" categories in that file:

Hey there,

Try opening your functions.php file (make a copy first). Then, find:

//EXCERPT STUFF
function new_excerpt_length($length) {
return 60;

Replace "60" with a smaller number then Save and upload your file. After that, clear your browser cache and refresh the screen. If this doesn't work let me know, and if you have any issues please re-upload the original file.

Is it possible to adjust the slider text box, so that it only shows the title and one line of text. I don't want it to cover so much of the image.
