Hi there,

Try creating a category specifically for the slider (i.e. "Slider", "Featured", etc.). Be sure to assign the category for the slider on the Customize page and assign posts to that category.

Let me know if that has any impact.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris,

The Events category which is the selected category for the slider is the header for all of the provinces.

In the calendar all of the sub categories seem to show up, (events > Ontario) and this used to happen in the slider.

When I add the parent category (ontario and events) it still does not show up in the slider!!?

thoughts?

Hi there,

Looking at your source code, the slider is totally empty. Please be sure you have posts published in the slider category you created and that the category is properly assigned on the Customize page.

Let me know if that helps at all.

Best,

Chris

Hi there,

Have you tried deactivating plugins?

Have you tried using a default setup of the theme without modifications/edits to the template files?

Can you provide a link to your site?

Best,

Chris

Hi,

My site has been performing well until yesterday when the slider all of the sudden stopped working. I cannot figure out why for the life of me - I have not changed or modified anything.

Has this happened to anyone else?
