I'm not getting any errors when clicking "continue" in the slider. Goes to the post page as it should...

I have decided to have my homepage as a static page and not where my blog posts show up, however I would still like my homepage to have the slider on it which will allow readers to click on the "continue" link/button. I hoped this would take them to the full post where the posts are normally located on my "Blog" page. Instead I get an HTTP 404 error? Can you please let me know where I have gone wrong?
