Hey there, yes you would need to resort back to the default. We cannot account for customizations made to the structure or Theme.

Hi there: I've also made adaptations to my template - the slider worked fine, then just stopped working, as did the footer carousel.

Do I really have to reset the site to default in order to get support? It's currently visible under http://www.jujusmanor.com/new/ as a new template.

Have to be honest, I took on the WP stuff as a way to get sites done quicker, and it's tripled the build time for me due to not quite understanding the underlying structure. I don't think I'll be using WP again, it's caused me an entirely other set of headaches.

Hopefully we can get to this on monday, thanks.

Looking at your site, it appears you've made some edits to the template files. Before we can provide support, you'll need to get your templates in their default state to determine if the cause is from the theme or due to your edits.

I have had great success with this blog so far. Thank you.

I am setting up a page at http://www.mountcalvarybelleville.com/ and wasn't having any problems until now. The slider WAS working--showing multiple images--but now only shows 1.

Is there a way to reset the slider? Not sure what happened.
