Hi there,

Once you install/activate the latest version of the theme, be sure to review the new theme options on the Customize page (appearance > customize). This is where all the new settings are controlled. OptionTree is no longer used/recommended, so be sure to copy your settings (i.e. color code, CSS edits, etc.) before deleting the plugin.

Hi,

I was contacted from http://www.siriri.org, where I worked and did the website. They did not update the wordpress core and the theme for about three years.

Now, they updated the core and plugins (including Optiontree), but not the theme. After the update, the upper slider disappeared (and the bottom slider stopped sliding and aligned the pictures one under another). And in the admin, alert box "Update Option tree to the latest version" remains, despite the plugin IS installed in the newest version and there is no chance to update it more.

I tried to update the theme by deleting the old version (and Optiontree plugin) and uploading the new version via the ftp. It did not help with the missing slider and on top of that the background colours disappeared as well. (You cannot see it now, I restored the old version.)

Needless to say, the slider posts are in the correct form, visible via the admin, in the correct section and with correct dimensions.

I know it is a bad case, but could you help please? In fact - the NGO did not find the account details for themeforest and they bought it for the second time, so you have one customer for the price of two, which is not that bad deal, I guess :)
