Hi there,

There's a bug with WordPress where you might have to toggle your selections a couple times for WordPress to register that you changed the link for your gallery.

Try selecting "attachment file" and then select "media file" again.

Hi there,

When creating the gallery, make sure your images are linking to the media file and not the attachment page. There is a drop down menu in the gallery settings to make this selection.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for the help. Seemed featured img was optional.

Also can you suggest for gallery page.. the slides show/photo gallery is not functioning as expected...Tried following the instruction but the interface I encountered was different from your guide.

Hi there,

Looking at your slider category, I don't see that your posts have featured images (http://mampongtoronto.com/?cat=2). Featured images are what populate the slider.

Please be sure to assign a featured image for your slider posts.

Try creating a "slider" category, assign posts to that category, and select the category for the slider in the theme options panel.

I just installed your wordpress theme - AID.

and uploaded 2 posts to test slider but nothing is showing up?
