You can import the demo content included with your download to help get started, but ultimately you need to visit the theme options panel to get started.

Hello, I'm having some similar troubles. Is there really NO default template to work with for Wave??? When I activate the theme it's a completely blank page until I make customizations. I'd like the demo I looked at to work off of as most themes come with a default home page that's editable.

The main thing I can't do is get the slider to work. I've added "feature images" to sample posts I've made just to see how it would work but it is still blank with a loading image. On the pages themselves, the image doesn't follow any of the sizing specifications I layed out. The images are all distorted and stretched.

Please help, I'm starting to think I've wasted my money and I'll need to purchase another theme. The site is http://www.janelleandcory.com. Thanks

Did you fill out all the necessary fields in the theme options? I'm seeing empty links which indicates the theme options are empty.

I had made no customizations, but I deleted the theme and replaced it with 1.3. Same thing is going on :(

It appears you might have applied the update incorrectly as there seems to be a lot of issues with your site.

I recommend you download the latest version of the theme from your downloads page and replace the template files. If you made any customizations to the files, make note of them and reapply after you're finished replacing the files.

Still not working. All plugins are deactivated except OptionTree :(

Try deactivating all your plugins (except OptionTree) one-by-one to see if that fixes the issue.

I am having a problem with the slider since I upgraded to wp 3.2.1. I have since upgraded the theme to 1.3 and updates the content as per the forums and the slider still has a spinning wheel on my site. I am at a loss. Please help, Thanks :)

After updating my Word Press to Version 3.2.1 the slider function did not work. And I am a little confused on how to update Wave with the three top posts. Can you please guide me through it or post a new video? Thanks,
