Thanks. I was able to fix everything but the countdown.

When I activate the countdown and enter an end date I see this:
%D% days : %H% hrs : %M% min : %S% sec

Hi there,

1. It doesn't look like the countdown is active. Can you confirm it's turned on from the Customize page? It's a checkbox that you need to click to have the countdown display.

2. I see the excerpt is properly displayed for a few items in the slider. When you say "excerpt page option", are you referring to the excerpt field on the post edit screen? That's where you can enter the exact amount of text you want to display.

3. Do you have footer widgets turned on? If so, you need to add some on the widgets page. If you don't want to use the footer widgets, make sure they are turned off on the Customize page.

Awesome Theme!

A previous graphic designer used version 1.1. The client wasn’t able to find him and contracted me to update the site. I went ahead and purchased the newest version.

After deleting the previous theme from the ftp, I uploaded the newest version but now I’m running into some issues.

01. The election countdown is not functioning when I input and save the “end date”

02. The slider text on the right just runs off and does not produce a “read more” type of action. I’ve tried using the excerpt page option and still did not work.

03. At the bottom of each page there are “2 clickable return to the top of the page (didn’t know what else to call it right now) lines”
