Hi there,

Unfortunately my support services do not include troubleshooting this for you. The main reason being I can't effectively provide this service for each of my customers. If there is a problem with the theme, you can be sure I'll address it, but often times the issue is caused by not properly configuring your theme.

Did you review the two items I posted above? I'll need you to review those before I can move forward.

Also, be sure to assign some categories for your home page as well as fill out the bottom section. You can do all that from the Customize page.

Hi there,

I see what you mean. I'm not sure what the issue is, so please bear with me as I troubleshoot with you...

1. Try deactivating ALL plugins and let me know if that has any impact at all.

2. If you've made any edits to the theme files, please revert to a default setup to verify your changes have had no affect on the slider feature.

Let me know if that makes a difference as these are crucial pieces of information I need to know in order to resolve this issue for you.
