Hi there,

To create a slider on the individual post pages like this: http://tinyurl.com/cfxmkqw -- simply upload images to that post on the post edit page. That's it. You don't have to insert anything into the content area or create a gallery.

To control the order of the images that appear, simply drag and drop the images into the desired order.

I have a similar problem, I can create the gallery and it shows right in the page, but it doesn't open the picture when you click on it and gives the following error:

Hi Chris,

A question: after updating to WP 3.5.1 the creation of a slider gallery as you described
in your post creation is different and doesn´t work with me.

I tried:
-editing post and press "add media" button in the post view
-the new 3.5 WP media library pops up with the options "insert media", "create Gallery"
and "set featured image" on the left side.
-I choosed (selected) two images from my media library and went to "create Gallery" and
created a new gallery with the two choosen pics.
-there I am on the "edit gallery" page where I made the captions for the images

... but what now? the only option I have is to "insert gallery" (right down corner) what
I do not want because I want to create a slider gallery not a normal WP gallery. Other optons
are "cancel gallery" (top left corner) and the black "x"(top right corner) for canceling
the operation. The last two option don not work: the post is empty:-( So the images are
not recognized by The Curator correctly or do I do it wrong?

FYI: Featured iage seting is working fine and changed gallery settings "link to: attachement page"
