Just want to clarify this as we are also communicating via email and I don't want to confuse anyone...

You purchased VYSUAL on ThemeForest thinking it was my latest theme VYSUALIZE. VYSUALIZE is only available on my personal website for purchase.

I'm not sure why your purchase was $70. The theme on ThemeForest is listed at $49. Maybe you purchased extended support?

I sent you the correct zip via email. Please look it over and let me know if you still have trouble.

I bought your template from Themeforest for nearly $70 it doesn't look anything like your demo when set up?

I now see you are selling the same Template for $45 on your website and the demo looks perfect?

1. Navigation bars are appearing - since realise now that this is a computer / setting and the preferences need to be set correctly otherwise the columns are displayed which looks awful

2. There is no HOME Page option in the Appearance / Customise section ( I want the home page to display exactly like your demo, with video on the left and then menu and synopsis?

I really need this issue resolved asap as I had the day to do this.

I see you are based in USA, so wont be able to help for at least another 5 hours, which is a shame as that is then end of day for me…

Please help, and please forward me the correct template like the demo on your site, as this version clearly is not the same…
