That isn't anything related to the theme. As you can see in the error message, it's related to something in your core WordPress files.

checked on my site today and got this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/magicflu/public_html/historiadelmundo.org/wp-includes/functions.php on line 192

can't access administrator either.
