The top section is mostly controlled by images, so you can edit the PSD file and replace the images to achieve the look you want.

I'd like to upload a transparent logo but I'd like to do so by having the background colors above the Menu Bar and divide match up.

The top color should be #13317d and the bottom color should be #2c50ab. as with the main body of the site (tommybattle.com)

Is there any way to make this happen?
