That would explain the odd issue. Do me a favor, go to the page which you're having issues. Do the following:

1) Click on the WYSIWYG "HTML" tab.
2) Copy the text
3) Delete the text
4) Flip back to "Visual"
5) Go to the little "w" icon in your WYSIWYG and click
6) Paste your content there and insert
7) Format accordingly

You need to be super careful when copying and pasting from Word. It carries over styles and code that can really throw off your website. Please continue to use the "Paste From Word" option explained in #5.
