Have you tried the developer tools?

http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

Regarding the sidebar, be sure you don't forget the title for the widget. It's important/required for the accordion effect to work properly.

Does anybody know of a way or of a plugin that works well on Wordpress Church Theme.

I have tried about 20 and they all display the sidebar funny
