Thanks for your reply, that makes sense. In this case, I'll probably code up the posts page to look a little more like the rest of the site because I think if a user ends up on the comments page, they won't know how to get back home.

Hi there,

The main reason comments aren't added to the main page is because of the way they behave when you add comments: when somebody adds a comment, WordPress refreshes the page you're on and anchors you to the added comment. If this were on the front page, the whole page would refresh and you would lose your location on the page.

I made the decision to keep the core functionality of the comments because I felt that was an intense user interaction feature that I didn't want to change.

If you want to AJAXify the comments, that would require additional customization services. You can submit a request for that here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Thanks for the amazing theme, I've enjoyed working with it.

I have a question about the comments for each blog post. I like how you can click 'Show More' to see the rest of the post, but is there a way you can pull in comments too? My least favorite feature about this theme is that the comments page is very un-uniform compared to the rest of the site.

If the comments could be AJAX'd in just like the rest of the post, that would be amazing.

Is this currently supported, or is this considered a feature request?
