Actually...the featured slider is not working as expected locally either.While I was able to get an image to appear, its still trying to pull in images from posts not marked with the 'Featured' category.

OK...now you can scratch #3 as it seems to be working as expected. Still having issues with 'featured' images though. I was able to get it working locally, but it does not work on my server. All I see is the 'missing image' image.

Scratch #1 - it was not working for me locally, but it is working on the server.

Also, I cannot get any images to actually appear in the 'featured' slider. I have followed the video guide, however, the link provided in one of the posts does not link to a working page any longer.

Thoughts?

I love this theme, great work. However, I am having some issues with the settings:

1. I added a Twitter account to settings page, but the icon does not appear on the page.
2. Even though I specified a 'Featured category name', all new posts are showing up in the 'featured' slider window.
3. Even though I specified a 'blog category slug' and a 'news category slug', all new posts show up in these areas as well.
4. Also, in the setting page, changing the 'color' does not change anything, to use the blue theme, I had to copy the images from the 'blue' folder into the main 'images' folder.

I imagine I am doing something wrong...can someone help me figure out what?
