Regarding full width, what column/controls are you referring to? There isn't a width option built into VYSUAL, so it sounds like maybe you're using a plugin for that? If so, that isn't something I can troubleshoot as I have no developer knowledge for how the plugin is attempting to have width control over the theme style settings.

Regarding the contact form, that is not a theme feature, that's a plugin (it's not a feature shown on the item page or in the theme demo). The plugin you're using has script requirements for it to work.

For example, when you access the contact page from another page on your site, VYSUAL is "pulling" that page information and displaying without having to refresh the page. This is useful when you have audio playing or a video background (i.e. it doesn't stop or reset). The downside is that the scripts required for the plugin are not being loaded. When you load the page directly (i.e. you type the URL in the address bar or access it from your dashboard), that is different as the page is not being loaded via AJAX. That's why the form displays when loaded directly.

To address this issue, you either have to turn AJAX off on the Customize page or abstain from using that contact form plugin.

I can’t seem to make things full width even when I select this in the column?

In the page editor I can make a section full width as I try on the about us page but it is not working as nothing is changing.

I did not understand your Ajax reply?

SUrely everything should be working as shown in the template but the contact form will not load, can I give you my login so you can sort this?

I don't know about programming that is why I bought a template.

For the home page play button, the most recently published video post is connected to the play button. If you assign a post as "sticky", this will override the order and push the post to the front of the line. More info about sticky posts here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#featuredPosts

For the home page quotes, those are posts with the "quote" post format assigned. You can edit or delete those posts to change them. More info about post formats here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#postoformats

Regarding the contact form, that is not loading because it depends on JavaScript and AJAX. VYSUAL loads pages via AJAX, which means the scripts that the contact form use are not being loaded. Only when you load the page directly will it work. If you have an idea of the scripts that are needed for the plugin, you can add them on the Customize page (appearance > customize) in the "JavaScript" section. Regarding width, I'm not sure what column option your referring to as VYSUAL does not have a "full width" option. This is mainly because it is not recommended for content to extend wider than 13 words for readability purposes.

Regarding the logo image, that is controlled from the Customize page (appearance > customize) in the "Site title & tagline" section.

Regarding footer credits, that is controlled from the Customize page (appearance > customize) in the "Footer" section.

On the home page how can I set what video should play and if I want video showing at all? And how can I change the quotes?

Can I give you my login details because I keep having quite a few issues. The contact form is showing and working in the page editor but every time I save and publish it is not on the site on the contact page?

Also how can I change the quotes on the home page?
