@ ergib Ive never ran into this issue before, but it actually sounds like you may have a memory leak somewhere(this theme does nothing to cause any type of memory fluctuations)

do you have server side caching set up?

just to say again there is no code in this theme that could cause a server to crash its uses WordPress functions and doesnt create it owns system(like many other themes), unless youve modified it and its running a infinite loop or causing other issues

That being said theres not much we can do to find the leak as I cant duplicate it locally, Ill run a load balance test see if I can duplicate it but I doubt I will be able to.

I am using daily press theme,
It is been some days that I am having a good amount of traffic, but time to time when I pass 200 real time visitors my VPS server goes out of memory...
I'm hosting my site on a VPS with 1024Mb Ram and with Intel Dual Xeon (8 CPUs).
My hosting support is telling me that my site is causing this because it is eating a lot of memory ram, and they are telling me that maybe is the theme that is causing the problem...
Beside my main site that I have with DailyPress theme, I got even another site, but with another WordPress theme, this other site gets 1k real visitors real time and doesn't make the servers go down, out of memory...
Both sites have the same plugins installed, so I don't think that any plugin is causing this problem, beside this, I am using only popular plugins that have more then 100k downloads...
What can we do to reduce the theme performance on memory ram, because I really like this theme and I don't want to change it...
