I'm trying to make my main home page as SEO-friendly as I can, however, since the main page under Theme Options/Home Page asks you which Home Category you'd like to use, it seems that my main website page can't have things like meta descriptions. In my case, I created a category called "Main Page". I can fill out the Description area for the category, but Category pages don't seem to contain a meta-description field area, which from my research seems to be hyper important for SEO. Any tips on what I could do? I seem to need a home/landing page that can also do meta descriptions....
