Thanks, but I have solved with a simple plugin "Simple Custom Post Order".
This solution preserve the post date.

Hi there,

Currently the post order is based on the publish date, so you can edit the publish date of a specific post to be the most recently published item. That's probably the quickest/easiest way to control the 1st item shown.
